Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for repairing buried bars in a concrete structure, which employs water jetting to bore a hole or a groove in a surface of the concrete structure, facilitates embossing and exposing work of a twining portion of vertical and horizontal reinforcements in the bored hole or the bored groove in a short period, carries out repairing work only in a necessary area, as appropriate, and strengthens binding between the vertical and horizontal reinforcements, whereby both the vertical and horizontal reinforcements appropriately exhibit the strength in synergy with each other with respect to a load.
SOLUTION: According to the method, the wall surface of the concrete structure is bored by employing the water jetting, and the twining portion P of the vertical and horizontal reinforcements 4, 3 buried in the concrete structure is exposed, followed by fastening the vertical and horizontal reinforcements 4, 3 to each other at the twining portion P by a fastener 15. Then, the bored portion is repaired with a repairing material 16, and after repairing the bored portion, the vertical reinforcement 4, the twining portion P, and the fastener 15 are buried in the repairing material 16.
