PURPOSE: To improve sticking ratio of monolithic refractory and durability of the stuck refractory by setting an anchor panel to the specific position at the time of repairing by using the monolithic refractory after lowering stock level and stopping blast.
CONSTITUTION: After lowering the stock level and stopping the blast, the stuck ore on surface of the repairing part (a) in the furnace wall is removed with compressed air, etc. Successively, the anchor panel 1 is hung down in the furnace from opening part 8 and faced at lower end of the repairing part (a) and a center opening part 4 in the panel 1 is hung to a cooling box 17 and supported. Together with this, a supporting metallic material 16 is inserted through cooling box cases 15a, 15b for inserting the other cooling box separately with the cooling box 17 and the hook part is hung to the one end of a metal frame 5 in the panel 1 and drain out of the furnace. Then, one end of the metallic material 16 to a panel 1 and the other end to the cases 15a, 15b, are welded. ln this way, the panel 1 is fixed in order from lower part to upper part and multiple panels 1 at length and breadth are set, and the monolithic refractory is blown in the range formed with the panel 1 and damaged furnace wall brick 6.
