According to the method of repairing the fluid transportation facilities, the pipe lining material 4 having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of an existing conduit 1, is inserted into the existing conduit 1, and then grout 6 is filled in a gap between the existing conduit 1 and the pipe lining material 4, to thereby repair the conduit 1. In the method, after arrangement of the reinforcing member 2 along an inner wall surface of the existing pipe 1, the pipe lining material 4 is inserted into the existing conduit 1, and then the grout 6 is filled in the gap between the existing pipe 1 and the pipe lining material 4.
