Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to repair the nozzle part of a food tank easily by a simple technique while markedly reducing the time, man power and man- hour necessary for repair by filling the groove of a bush with a caulking material and fitting the bush into the nozzle part.
SOLUTION: In a method for repairing the inside of a nozzle part 1 of a glass-lined food tank, a groove 8 in a flexible bush 6, formed around the outer periphery for filling with a caulking material, is filled with a caulking material 9, and the bush 6 is fitted into the nozzle part 1 of the tank. According to this method, the inside of the tank need not be washed after repair, and the tank not always needs to be emptied before repair. Therefore, as compared with conventional repairing methods, it is advantageous in that the time, man power and man-hour necessary for repair can be markedly reduced, and that the repair can be accomplished easily by a simple technique.
