Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve corrosion resistance of a folded part by irradiating said folded part of a plated steel plate with a high energy density heat source and remelting a galvanized layer. CONSTITUTION:A plated steel plate 1 on which a galvanizes sheet iron layer 2 is formed is subjected to a folding machining, to form the outer peripheral hem part 4 of a door in which a steel plate 3 is interposed, and a sealing agent 5 is deposited on the contacting end parts of both the steel plates 1, 3. Then, a light absorbing agent 6 is coated on the surface of the galvanized layer 2 of the outer peripheral hem part 4. And, the outer peripheral hem part 4 on which microcracks 8 are formed due to folding machining, is irradiated with a laser beam 10 to melt the galvanized layer 2 and seal up the clacks 8.
