A linear beam is irradiated on a sheet metal face with using an irradiating plate, a shape of recessed part 1 is confirmed. By confirming the center C of recessed part 1 and guiding the tip of bar like jig from the rear side of sheet metal, the center C is pushed up to a whole depth of 60-70%. Successively, by assuming a circle concentric to the recessed part 1 slightly inside the circumference of recessed part 1, eight pushing up points 2-9 are decided by equally dividing the circumference to eight parts. These pushing up points 2-9 are pushed up to sheet metal face with butting the jig. When pushing up is completed, the recessed part 1 is deformed to a shallow small recessed part 1a. Successively, the center part C is pushed up a depth of recessed part 1 of roughly 90%, by equally dividing the circumference into nine parts, second pushing points 10-18 are decided. Successively, by successively pushing up the pushing up points 10-18, repair of this deformed recessed part 1a is completed.
