Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To repair a turbine component having abrasion damage by joining a repair material to an abrasion part of the turbine component in one body through diffusion soldering by using a diffusion heat treatment technique.SOLUTION: A method of repairing a turbine component comprises: a reception inspection process 11 of performing damage inspection on a turbine component; a coating, oxide layer removing and molding treatment process 12 of removing a coating layer and an oxide layer formed on a surface of the turbine component, and also grinding an abrasion damage part so as to mold an abrasion molding part on a base material of the turbine component; a cleaning process 13 of cleaning the surface of the turbine component; a repair material filling process 14 of filling the abrasion molding part of the turbine component with a repair material using N-based paste; a diffusion heat treatment process 15 of loading the turbine component filled with the repair material in a vacuum heat treatment furnace, and performing a diffusion heat treatment at a high temperature of 1,000-1,200°C; and a surface finishing process 16 of molding the turbine component into a component shape before the abrasion damaging, the turbine component being prepared by molding into the component shape before the abrasion damaging.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
