To provide an exchange method of a girder in a track structure with a rail fixed on the girder fixed on a different structure such as a foundation via a tie, the method shortening time necessary for exchange without increasing work time in advance.SOLUTION: There is provided an exchange method of a girder in a track structure, the method comprising a release step for releasing fastening of a cross girder 11 and a vertical girder 12 which is an object for exchange, a fixing cancellation step for cancelling fixing of the vertical girder 12 which is the object for exchange to a stand 2, a new girder carrying step for moving a truck 20 on which a new vertical girder 12 is mounted to the top of the vertical girder 12 which is the object for exchange, an old girder mounting step for lifting the vertical girder 12 which is the object for exchange with a lifting mechanism of the truck 20 and mounting on the truck 20 on which the new vertical girder 12 is mounted, a new girder mounting step for hanging the new vertical girder 12 with the lifting mechanism of the truck 20 and mounting on a predetermined position, an old girder takeout step for taking out the vertical girder 12 which is the object for exchange by the truck 20, a fixing step for fixing the new vertical girder 12 to the stand 2, and a fastening step for fastening the cross girder 11 and the new vertical girder 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
