Abstract:
To provide a simple, energy efficient, economical, reliable and effective method for reprocessing plastic waste, in particular PET waste.SOLUTION: In a method for reprocessing plastic waste (MW), in particular PET waste, the plastic waste (MW) is dried by a flash dryer (5) in a conveying line (7), and then fed into a multi-shaft screw machine (2). In the multi-shaft screw machine (2), dried plastic waste (MD) is reprocessed. Pre-drying enables simple, energy efficient, economical, reliable and effective reprocessing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
