PURPOSE: To reproduce the inscription of the gradation original, characters, etc., on the surface of a base material by applying drying, effloresce proofing, moisture proofing, pretreatment for printing and substrate whitening on the surface of a cement-base material and then forming a drawing layer.

CONSTITUTION: A cement-base material is dried with steam to 2.5-2.7% surface water content. Efflorescence and moisture proofing are applied on the material surface, and further pretreatment for printing and substrate whitening are applied. A water-base acrylic pigment is then sprayed on the material surface with a special spray printer to express a gradation original and characters, and a drawing layer is formed. A drawing protective layer is further formed on the drawing layer, and overcoat baking is applied thereon.
