Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a resin embedded sample by using a preservation liquid most suitable to various organisms.SOLUTION: Organisms b and a preservation liquid e are put in a transparent container c such as bags or boxes, a position of the organisms is fixed by sandwiching the organisms b with transparent sheets d or binding with yarn and resin embedded. Because the preservation liquid e containing a large amount of moisture and a resin a are separated at the transparent container c as boundary, white turbidness caused by contact between water and the resin is inhibited. Further a shape of the organisms b is kept by the reservation liquid e and the organisms can be taken off from inside by breaking the resin of a surface with a rock cutter or acetone. Strength of the sample can be adjusted by thickness of the resin a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
