In a method of resin raw material discharge and recycle upon raw material oversupply to an extruder and a discharge and recycle apparatus, a level gage (60) is provided on a hopper (4A) of an extruder (24), and the raw material detected by the level gage (60) is transferred to the outside, a storage tank (20) or each raw material supply feeder (21), through a suction tube (28), without exchanging the hopper (4A). Thus, time loss and raw material disposal loss can be prevented.
