Abstract:
To provide a method of restoring soil environment which reduces the concentration of contamination of the soil contaminated with a metal or an organic material by cultivating plants, moreover, obtains a safe raw material for industrial use from plant bodys which absorb a contaminant, recovers the pollutant metal or decomposes the pollutant organic material and preserves environment.
Plants are cultivated with the contaminated soil, the plant bodys absorb the contaminant, thereafter, the plant bodys are treated in a kraft pulp manufacturing process or in a carbide manufacturing process, pulp or carbide is manufactured and, at the same time, the contaminant is separated and recovered or decomposed.
