Abstract:

PURPOSE: To uniformly retain raw milk ingredients, prevent proliferation of bacteria, suppress the aggregation and retain freshness of stored raw milk by passing a nitrogen gas through stored raw milk and stirring the raw milk.

CONSTITUTION: A nitrogen gas is passed through stored raw milk at a rate of 100-300l/min and pressure of 2-3kg/cm2 based on standard conditions in the case of a storage tank having 100 ton scale and the raw milk is stirred to retain freshness of stored raw milk.
