Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing consumption of enzyme in saccharification decomposition of cellulose by reutilizing the enzyme without deteriorating activity of the enzyme.SOLUTION: In saccharification decomposition of cellulose, chimera β-glucosidase including a range with β-glucosidase activity originating from thermophilic bacteria and a module joinable to cellulose is used as well as cellulosome. When saccharification decomposition reaction of cellulose is completed, cellulose substrate is added, and chimera β-glucosidase and cellulosome are adsorbed to the cellulose substrate to be separated.
