The cloth is impregnated with a smoothing agent having a function similar to the resin of the cloth 1 and used for reducing fiber cut end separation resistance, cutting resistance, etc., and with various durable functional agents, and the produced ultrabeautiful and ultra-tough elastic cloth 3b is slit-cut in fine width pitches of approximately 0.2-2.0mm to produce an ultrafine width foiled belt cloth 6, while leaving both the ends of the cloth in the weft or warp direction as non-cut zones 4. The respective foiled belts 6a of the cloth 6 are rewoven in coincidence with the design of a cloth b.
