To provide a method of rolling-processing a hollow member, wherein processing accuracy on an outer peripheral surface of the hollow member is improved when the outer peripheral surface of a cylindrical hollow member is processed with dice.
A first cylindrical tool 3 whose inner surface has a tilted inner surface 31 is arranged in the inside of the hollow member W, and a second tool 4 whose outer peripheral surface has a tilted outer surface 41 is arranged in the inside of the first tool 3. When a rolling processing is conducted, the second tool 4 is relatively moved to the first tool 3 in an axial core direction (d) to pressurize the tilted inner surface 31 of the first tool 3 with the tilted outer surface 41 of the second tool 4. The first tool 3 is deformed toward a radially outside direction with the pressurized force so as to pressurize the inner surface of the hollow member W with the outer surface of the first tool 3. An outer peripheral surface Wf of the hollow member W is rolling-processed with dice 2 and 2, while maintaining the pressurizing state of the inner surface of the hollow member W.
