PURPOSE: To enable to schedule maintenance periods on the basis of the value of a cumulative serivce life factor, by judging the efficiency of power generation of fuel and the turbine load of a discontinuously operated gas-turbine power plant, and detecting the time for stopping continuous operation for each operational condition of the power plant.
CONSTITUTION: A maintenance scheduling apparatus 4 is furnished with data relating to the quantity 6 of fuel gas, the quantity 7 of fuel oil and used oil conditions 8 from a gas-turbine fuel equipment 1, data relating to turbine operation instructing conditions 9, turbine frame conditions 10, turbine-load instructing conditions 11 and the temperature 12 of open air introduced into the turbine from a gas-turbine equipment 2, and data relating to the rate 13 of power generation, respectively. According to these input signals, the maintenance scheduling apparatus 4 produces output signals relating to a short maintenance period 14, an intermediate maintenance period 15 and a long maintenance period 16 to a monitoring output means 5 and schedule the maintenance of a gas turbine. With such an arrangement, it is enabled to schedule the maintenance correctly against disturbance even for a discontinuously operated gas turbine.
