PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for screening a substance for interfering with the normal functions of a tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNF-R), regarding the modification of signal transduction and that of the cleavage of TNF-R by the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNF-R).
SOLUTION: The tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNF-R) is combined with the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNF-R) to screen the substance for interfering with the normal functions of the TNF-R. Peptides and other molecules for interacting with one of the receptor itself, or its certain regions, or effector proteins interacting with the receptor, and a method for manufacturing the peptide and other molecules are obtained.
