Abstract:

PURPOSE: To certainly seal a resin laminated metal by treating the surface of the fluoroplastic film positioned at a sealing part so as to impart predetermined surface tension or more thereto.

CONSTITUTION: At first, the end part of a resin laminated metal formed by laminating a fluoroplastic film 2 to the surface of an aluminum plate (metal substrate) 1 is bent at a right angle to form a sealing part 3. Two resin laminated metals A, B having the sealing parts 3 thus formed thereto are prepared. Subsequently, surface treatment is applied to the fluoroplastic films 2a positioned at the sealing parts 3 of the resin laminated metals A, B to set the surface tension of the fluoroplastic films 2a to 30dyne/cm or more. As this surface treatment, corona discharge treatment or chemical etching treatment due to a sodium complex is pref. Thereafter, a sealing material 4 is interposed between the sealing parts 3 to perform sealing between both resin laminated metals A, B. By this method, even the resin laminated metal can be certainly sealed.
