Title:
NOx含有軽質ガスからのC2+留分の分離方法
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP4814587
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

To provide a method for separating/recovering a C2+ fraction from a NOx-containing light gas, such as an FCC off-gas, while suppressing the generation/accumulation of a NOxgum.

This method for separating a C2+ fraction supplies a NOx-containing light gas to a demethanizer 61 in a cryogenic system 1. The system 1 is equipped with the following: gas/liquid separation tubs 31-34 for separating a material containing hydrogen, methane, and a C2+ fraction into a gas-phase component and a liquid-phase component; a hydrogen/low-pressure methane separation tub 51 for separating the gas-phase component supplied from the gas/liquid separation tubs 31-34 into a hydrogen fraction and a low-pressure methane fraction; the demethanizer 61 which distills the liquid-phase component supplied from the gas/liquid separation tubs 31-34, thus separating the liquid-phase component as a C2+ fraction; a reflux tub 71 which cools the overhead component of the demethanizer 61, separates the gas-phase component as a high-pressure methane fraction, further separates a part of the liquid-phase component as a medium-pressure methane fraction, and refluxes residues to the demethanizer 61; and a cryogenic heat exchanger 41 which cools the gas-phase component from the gas/liquid separation tubs 31-34 by subjecting them to heat exchange with the hydrogen component and low-pressure/medium-pressure/high-pressure methane fractions.
