Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method for highly pure TAG position isomer and enantiomer, consisting of two types of fatty acid and glycerol, which uses a conventional HPLC system.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a position isomer and/or enantiomer for triacylglycerol of one or two or more types selected from a group consisting of AAB type, ABA type and BAA type triacylglycerols, each having, as constituent fatty acids, an arbitrary fatty acid A and an arbitrary fatty acid B different from the fatty acid A, comprises: a step A of preparing a raw material mixture containing a position isomer and/or enantiomer of triacylglycerol of two or more types selected from a group consisting of the AAB type, ABA type and BAA type triacylglycerols; and a step B of separating the position isomer and/or enantiomer from the raw material mixture, prepared in the step A, by means of high speed liquid chromatography using a separation column in which a solid phase with a particle diameter of 4 μm or smaller, comprising amylose tris (3-chloro-4-methylphenyl carbamate) is bonded to silica gel, is filled.SELECTED DRAWING: None
