Abstract:

To provide a method of easily and efficiently separating copper and rhodium from a solution or a solid mixture in which rhodium and a large quantity of copper are coexistent.

The method of separating rhodium and copper is characterized in that, by incorporating sulfate ions into an aqueous solution containing rhodium and copper, the aqueous solution is separated into crystal components produced by the sulfate ions and the remaining liquid component.
