Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for obtaining a dihydro-1,3,5-triazine amine derivative useful as a pharmaceutical composition in a high yield and high excess enantiomorph ratio.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for separating an enantiomer of a dihydro-1,3,5-triazine amine derivative represented by the formula (1) by chromatography having a specified chiral ion exchanger. [Rand Rare A; Rand Rare H; Ris H; Ris A; A is an unbranched/branched alkyl group having 1 to 10 carbon atoms; 1 to 7 H atoms of the alkyl group are substituted/unsubstituted with F or a cyclic alkyl having 3 to 7 carbon atoms.]
