Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of highly selectively separating platinum ions from a solution containing platinum (IV) ions by a simple method.SOLUTION: The method is used which includes: an adsorption step of bringing a solution containing platinum (IV) ions into contact with iron (II) ions and a platinum separating agent to adsorb platinum (II) ions on the platinum separating agent; and a desorption step of bringing the platinum separating agent having the platinum (II) ions adsorbed thereon into contact with a platinum desorbent to desorb the platinum (II) ions.
