To provide a method for efficiently separating and recovering a nucleic acid with high accuracy by using a probe array and to provide the array for a reaction to convert the probe into a solid phase for separating and recovering the nucleic acid.
The array for the reaction to convert the probe into the solid phase is designed to separate and recover the desired nucleic acid. The array for the reaction to convert the probe into the solid phase comprises the probe converted into the solid phase in a support. Furthermore, the array for the reaction to convert the probe into the solid phase characterized as follows is provided. The support is provided with one or a plurality of individually formed reaction parts. Each reaction part of the support has ≥2 openings and the probe hybridizing with the nucleic acid to be separated and recovered for each reaction part is immobilized in the reaction part. Furthermore, the reaction part is provided with an electrode. The method for separating and recovering the nucleic acid comprising using the array for the reaction to convert the probe into the solid phase is provided.
