Abstract:
To provide a membrane which is coated with a coating agent having adhesion-preventing ability of a biological substance, and to provide a method for separating and refining a biological substance using the membrane.SOLUTION: A membrane has uniform pores provided with coating which prevents adhesion of biological substances, on at least a part of the surface. The membrane is provided with the coating which prevents adhesion of biological substances, preferably the coating including a repeating unit including a group represented by the following formula (a) and a group represented by the following formula (b). (In the formulas, Ua1, Ua2, Ub1, Ub2 and Ub3 independently represent alkyl groups of H or C number of 1 to 5 and An- represents an anion selected from a group consisting of halide ion, inorganic acid ion, hydroxide ion and isocyanate ion.)SELECTED DRAWING: None
