To provide a method for separating resin particles by filtration, whereby the resin particles can be efficiently separated from a slurry.
In a method for separating resin particles by a filtration, it is possible to separate the resin particles from a slurry without almost no clogging by the resin particles because the resin particles are separated from the slurry by filtration through a filter satisfying 3≤D1/D2≤5 (wherein D1 is the maximum pore diameter and D2 is the mean flow pore diameter), to reduce the number of times of exchanging filters because a large quantity of the slurry can be treated by using a single filter, and to improve the production efficiency of resin particles because loss of resin particles due to filter clogging can be suppressed.
