Abstract:

To provide a call route with setting of a call tariff lower than a conventional call tariff using an ordinary call route to a user and to enable a communication service provider to execute the service of providing such a call route as a business in the case of call while making a telephone call from a fixed telephone set to a wireless telephone set.

Speaking between each of fixed telephone sets (1a-1m) and a radio base station 6 is enabled by utilizing a cable telephone line network 6 and in the radio base station 6, speaking between the radio base station 6 and a portable telephone set 9 of a calling party is enabled while keeping the state of enabled calling between the fixed telephone set (1a-1m) and the radio base station 6. Then, the call tariff between the fixed telephone set (1a-1m) and the portable telephone set 9 of the calling party is calculated.
