Abstract:

To provide a novel technology related to a method for setting a gas blowing condition of a blast furnace mathematical model.SOLUTION: A method for setting a gas blowing condition includes a first step of obtaining a molar flow rate of each component of furnace top exhaust gas supplied to a removal device, a second step of obtaining a molar flow rate of CO2 in an adjusted top exhaust gas discharged from the removal device from the molar flow rate of CO2 obtained in the first step and the CO2 removal rate of the removal device, a third step of setting a molar flow rate of H2O in the adjusted top exhaust gas discharged from the removal device to a value lower than the molar flow rate of H2O obtained in the first step, a fourth step of determining a composition and flow rate of the adjusted top exhaust gas discharged from the removal device from the molar flow rate of each composition of the top exhaust gas other than CO2 and H2O determined in the first step, the molar flow rate of CO2 determined in the second step, and the molar flow rate of H2O set in the third step, and a fifth step of setting a composition and flow rate of the adjusted top exhaust gas blown into the blast furnace from a tuyere as the gas blowing condition of the blast furnace mathematical model from the composition and flow rate of the adjusted top exhaust gas determined in the fourth step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
