CONSTITUTION: An FA personal. computer 5 is made to store the pressure data at each machine kind produced with the aluminum casting machine 1 and the data of pressure correcting value in accordance with the casting number, proportional band value, etc., and at each time of changing the casting machine kind and at each time of casting, the above data is automatically outputted to a pressure controller 2 through a communication controller 4. By this method, the time for setting the data is shortened and the productivity is improved, and also by setting the detailed data, the quality of casting product can be improved.
