Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it rapid and sure to spread an oil fence in such a manner that a ship is divided into two sectional ships when the oil fence is spread. One divided ship sails and connects the fence to the other divided ship. The dividably formed oil fence is folded and housed in a hull.
