The method for simply measuring the dioxins or the like comprises the steps of measuring a chlorobenzene or the like of the precursor of the dioxins or the like in the burned exhaust gas, and thereby inferring an amount of the dioxins or the like. The method further comprises the steps of collecting the chlorobenzene or the like in the exhaust gas by a previously cleaned adsorbing unit filling with an adsorber made of a polymer resin, measuring a content of the chlorobenzene or the like and inferring the content of the dioxins or the like in the exhaust gas.
