A method of simulating impact properties of a wheel with a tire includes: the step of setting a wheel model; the step of setting a tire model; the step of aligning the tire model with the wheel model in position so as to set a wheel model with a tire; the step of setting a weight model comprising a main weight, a subweight and a spring element; the step of setting analysis conditions; the step of simulating impact for causing the weight model to come against the wheel model with a tire; and the step of acquiring stress and/or distortion of the wheel from the impact simulation.
