A time code for use in a moving image record is set as ones of a plurality of sensor signal records, and each time code is recorded together with each sensor signal. Further, the time code may be prepared by a counter value obtained by counting an accumulative number of a vertical synchronous signal occurrence in an image signal. The sensor signal may be recorded by transforming to a digital amount. A record medium for recording the moving image and each sensor signal may be separately formed.
