Abstract:
PURPOSE: To sinter a composite material of the compositions having different sintering temps. without causing defective sintering.
CONSTITUTION: Combustible agents 4 and 5 having a calorific value capable of attaining the appropriate sintering temp. of raw powders are prepared for respective raw powders 1 and 2 having a different composition, and the combustible agents are arranged around an airtight vessel 3 at the position corresponding to each raw powder. The combustible agent is pressed by a gas and ignited, and the combustion proceeds as a chain reaction. The raw powders are respectively heated to the appropriate sintering temp. and sintered.
