Title:
METHOD FOR SINTERING RAW SULFIDE MATERIAL CONTAINING RAW OXIDE MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2009221491
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a method for sintering a raw sulfide material containing a raw oxide material, which can acquire adequate productivity in a production of a sintered lump and enhance such a quality that the sintered lump contains less remaining cadmium or the like, by securing a necessary heating value when increasing the amount of the raw oxide material, in a process of sintering a raw material to be charged which contains the raw oxide material containing zinc oxide and lead oxide together with the raw sulfide material containing zinc sulfide and lead sulfide, while using a Dwight-Lloyd type sintering apparatus by top-blowing.

When using a pellet as the raw material to be charged, which has been produced by mixing and pulverizing the raw sulfide material and the raw oxide material in a mixing step and then subjecting them to a granulation step, this sintering method includes adding granular coke having particle sizes of 5 to 20 mm in an amount of 1 to 5 mass% with respect to the amount of the raw oxide material to be charged, to the raw material to be charged.
