Abstract:
To provide a method for spraying releasing agent for a die-casting machine, and a device thereof capable of uniformly coating the releasing agent on a die, and preventing temperature drop of the die.
The releasing agent is atomized and sprayed and coated on the surface in the die with the discharge pressure of the releasing agent consisting of water-soluble inorganic salt, etc., discharged from releasing agent discharge ports of a plurality of spray nozzles fitted to face and back sides of a spray unit being 1/2 of the ejection pressure of the air ejected from atomized air ejection ports opened around the releasing agent discharge ports.
