To stabilize an effective component unstable against aldehydes by allowing an organic compound having an amino group to coexist seperately from a solid medicine composition.

When an effective component in the solid medicine composition is stabilized, the solid medicine composition containing the effective component unstable against aldehydes and the organic compound having the amino group (preferably, an amino acid having an amino group on its side chain, an amino derivative of sugar or a sugar alcohol, a compound containing an amino acid residue having an amino group on its side chain and/or an amino derivative residue of a sugar or a sugar alcohol or gelatin) are allowed to coexist independently.
