Abstract:
To promote the stabilization of a haloperoxidase to improve the thermal stabilization of the haloperoxidase useful for industrial applications.
This haloperoxidase is characterized by containing a divalent metal cation and vanadium in the haloperoxidase each in an amount of one molecule per one subunit. The method for stabilizing the haloperoxidase is characterized by making the divalent metal cation to exist in a preparation containing the haloperoxidase.
