Abstract:
To provide a stabilizer composition for olefinic unsaturated monomers that exhibits reduced toxicity compared with nitroaromatic compounds often used presently.
A retarder-containing composition (AB) comprising a solvent (A) selected from among saturated or unsaturated, branched-chain and/or unbranched-chain, closed-ring and/or open-ring, aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbons, each having 4-20 carbon atoms, ethers, esters and methanol and at least one retarder (B) of structural formula (II) is added to an olefinic unsaturated monomer or a monomer mixture comprising at least one olefinic unsaturated monomer.
