Abstract:
To stabilize protein by avoiding the coagulation of protein or protein combined with an insoluble carrier, and further to provide a measurement reagent and a standard solution that have high measurement precision and long term stability by improving stability in the solution containing the protein.
The stabilization method of protein and the protein containing solution allow amino acid ester and/or polyamine to coexist in a range of 10 mM-2 M in a reagent composition for containing protein and/or the protein-combined carrier. Then, the reagent is made of the solution and measures organism constituents. The standard solution is used to measure the organism constituents.
