To provide a method for stabilizing sprayed-asbestos removed-materials capable of easily treating by solidifying sprayed-asbestos removed-materials in a desired place in a site or in its vicinity, safely transferring them for fusion and reclamation, and preventing the solidified materials from disintegrating by penetration of water after reclamation.

The sprayed-asbestos removed-materials 1 are loaded with a cement solidifying material 2 compounded with a surfactant 3 and a polymer additive 4, and are kneaded and solidified to make a low-viscosity solidified material 6 having water impermeability, or are loaded with a cement paste prepared by loading the surfactant, the polymer additive and curing water 5 to the cement solidifying material and kneading, in the course of being loaded with the cement solidifying material 2, the surfactant 3 and the polymer additive 4 to the sprayed-asbestos removed-materials, kneading and solidifying them.
