In the case of performing a plurality of load charging experiments corresponding to various kinds of utilization states of each application, a quantity concerned with the utilization states of the application, a quantity concerned with the response performance of the application, a quantity concerned with the utilization state of hardware resources, and a quantity concerned with the response performance of the hardware resources are acquired and an estimation formula group describing the dependence relation among respective quantity values are prepared to evaluate the response performance of the application using the estimated formula group.
