Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an IJC storing container having a function for safely storing IJC, wherein the amount of space required for storing the IJC can be minimized and leak of ink can be avoided and the IJC can be easily stored and taken out.
CONSTITUTION: A storing container 1 includes an elastic seal member 6 which comes into contact with a delivery port formation surface 400A of a record head IJH to seal it when an ink jet cartridge is stored, a lid member 2 which can be opened and closed, and elastic members 6, 8, 9, 10 which resiliently hold IJC at least from all directions, while a sealed state is maintained by the seal member 6 when the lid member 2 is closed.
