To prevent generation of a mold and reduce or omit pre-washing after storage and prevent generation of permanent set after long period of storage time by loading a polyvinyl formal resin porous material and a specific liquid in a container and sealing the container.
Polyvinyl formal resin molded article 3 having a conductivity of 5 μs/cm or less, a COD value of 5 ppm or less, a sodium ion concentration of 1 ppm or less and the number of particles of 2.5 μm or more of 50,000/cc or less is placed in container body 11 and germicidal or fungicidal liquid 5 is filled into the container so that polyvinyl formal resin molded article 3 is impregnated and settled and container 1 is sealed by closing an aperture of container body 11 by lid 13. Subsequently, container 1 is placed in a thin bag- shaped package 7 and its aperture is sealed 33. Furthermore, loading of porous material 3 and liquid 5 and sealing are preferably carried out in an environment of cleanness of 100 or more as defined by Federal specification FS209D.
