PURPOSE: To reasonably expand a 4-way resistance plate by a method in which an angular bar is inserted into a guide pipe in advance, the resistance plate at the upper level is expanded to remove obstraction to the angular bar, and the angular bar is dropped into the rotary shaft of the resistance plate at the lower level and turned.
CONSTITUTION: The first fourth resistance plates 1AW1D are housed in the same circumferential space, and pulling bars 16 are connected to each angular bar 9. A rotary angular bar 14 is thrust through a guide pipe 8, and an expandible anchor is fixed to the bottom of an excavated pit. A rotary angular pipe 17 is thrust and fitted into the angular shafts 9 of the first and second resistance plates 1A and 1B under the guidance of the pulling bars 16. The pipe 17 is turned and the resistance plates are expanded. The rotary angular bar 14 being encountered with obstruction to dropping by the resistance plates 1A and 1B is dropped into an inner angular pipe 13 and turned to cause the thrid and fourth resistance plates 1C and 1D to expand. The angular bar 14 is removed out, the pulling bars 16 are connected with a metal tool, and refilling is performed to form an anchor.
