PURPOSE: To fix an axial body with a plate in the state for surely preventing this axial body from axis-rotating and moving to the axial direction, by bringing the axial part into mutual contact with the inner circumferential surface of the fitting hole and inserting this plate material from both sides between a projecting end part and a large diameter part.

CONSTITUTION: The axial body 1 is composed of a axial part 11 of circular cross section, the large diameter part 12 whose diameter is larger than the diameter of the fitting part 11 and a screw axial part 13. On the other hand, the fitting hole 21 of hexagon cross section is penetrated on the plate 2. The axial body 1 is generally arranged in the manner as that its axial part 11 is set to the fitting hole 21 from the rear surface 22 of the plate 2 toward the upper face 23. The fitting axial part 11 is deformed into the parts of the axial part 11a and the flat projecting end part 112a having a larger diameter than that of the fitting hole 21, therefore the axial part 1 is fixed to the plate 2 in the state of that the axial part 111a comes respectively into contact with the total surface of the inner circumferential surface 2111 of the fitting hole 21, the rear surface of the projecting end part 112a with the upper surface 23 of the plate 2, and the upper end stepped surface 121 of the large diameter part 12 with the down surface 22 of the plate 2.
