Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a deep uneven design on the surface of uncured matter without a danger of crushing projections of the surface uneven patterns through loads by filling round and angular particles in recesses made on the surface uneven design of building uncured matter, and then removing extra round and angular particles therefrom by decompression suction.
SOLUTION: A mat 1 is compressed by a pressing device 3 with a plate 2 having an uneven negative design ND mounted thereon, thereby forming an uneven design D on the surface. The mat 1 is conveyed by a first transfer conveyer 4, and the surface of the mat 1 is sprayed with round and angular particles from a tank 5 by a spraying device 6, so that the surface is made even through a scrape of a scraper or oscillation and the round and angular particles B is filled in recesses of the surface uneven design of the mat 1; besides, the mat 1 is made flat in its surface. The mat 1 flattened in its surface is put on a second transfer conveyer 8 and sucked by a decompression suction device 9 so as to be superimposed on a carriage on a table lifter II in several sheets.
