A power input output terminal board 2 is installed on a pole P1, a power supply main cable 3 extended from its output terminal is contained in optical subscriber line terminal boxes G1, G2, G3 and a power supply cable connects with the output terminal of the power input output terminal board 2 usually. In emergency, a generator is carried in the vicinity of the pole and a generator power supply cable connects with the output terminal of the power input output terminal board 2.
